Dear Mr. MacFarlane,
Just a wee note to thank you for all the help you gave me with my dentures. I have had a number of years with denture trouble, and I feel that you have given me new confidence.
Again, many thanks.
May I take this opportunity of thanking you for the excellent treatment afforded to me over the past year. Your attention to detail is much appreciated. Best wishes and thanks once again - also to Karen.
