Alfie grew up in Hampstead, N.W. London, before qualifying in 1995 with B.D.S. from King's College Hospital, London.

Before working in Dental General Practice, he held hospital posts in Maxillo-facial & Oral surgery and Children's dentistry at his alma mater.

He continued with his post-graduate studies at The Eastman Dental Institute, London and was awarded his Diploma in Restorative Dental Practice in 2006 with Distinction.
Alfie then gained his Certificate in Surgical Implantology and Prosthodontics in the following year.

Outside of dentistry, Alfie is a keen and active sportsman :- Football, Marathon running for charities and Golf all of which are of course when his family allows him.
